Both me and my sister have the w103 and both the handles have failed due to the paper thin plastic that holds the handle mechanism together.I fixed them by removing the door + glass and bonded the plastic together with fibreglass(using fibreglass mesh for strength)and replacing the mechanism,works fine.

hi if you undo all the screws on the inside of the door you can split it in two and work on the handle
