Can my Proscan model PS 35682 (36 inch) still be repaired?

About 2 years ago, upon going out of town, I unplugged the Proscan TV (model PS 35682). When I returned, the TV did not come on at all; no sound, no nothing. What's wrong, and is it too late for it to be repaired?

sounds like a power supply fault. this will need examing by a tech to determine what is wrong.
experience suggests to me it could be an electrolytic cap with drifting values. which was ok when at operating temp., not a problem if the tv was plugged in all the time, yet when the set was unplugged it cooled down and lost capacitance.
