Are you sure that it is supposed to be carrying SVHS on the SCART? (A quick check on the technical specs fore the box in the handbook.) Although the SCART standard was extended, the norm would be RGB and composite on budget boxes. When is implemented it usually has to be switched from the default RGB/composite.
