WHATS WRONG WITH MY INDESIT DI 67?

WHEN I TURN THE MACHINE ON IT BLEEPS TO SELECT CYCLE THEN THE LIGHTS JUST FLASH AND IT WONT CONTINUE,IVE WASHED ALL PIPES FOR ANY BLOCKAGES,THE WATER FLOW IS OK.COULD IT BE THE TIMER,BUT ITS ONLY 16MONTHS OLD PLZ HELP

Same problem. It starts as normal but then starts bipping + flashing and no water comes in. Help.
