mend a radiator?

how can i fix a pinhole leak at the bottom of a radiator
chris, January 2007
small holes in radiators CAN be welded, it depends on the extent of the corrosion.

coded welder for 38 yrs.

If the pinhole is caused by physical impact it may be worthwhile
getting the radiator welded.
If age is the due cause, oxidization or rusting (from the inside to out) will have occurred throughout the radiator and the best solution is repair by replacement.
