can lime-a-way be used in a dishwasher?

My area has very hard water. My dishes have gotten a white film on them and now it seems that all the parts in the dishwasher where the water comes out have gotten clogged with lime. I have tried dishwasher cleaners but need something stronger. Can lime-a-way be put inside the dishwasher and run through a cycle to clean out the holes?

Yes you can put lime a way in the dishwasher. We used another product called "The Works" which is the same as LAW. Just spray it on and let it work for a few minutes then run the DW as usual. We only had to do it once but you may have to do it several times if it's really caked on.
Good Luck
