MP4 player stuck in charging mode?

It seems my MP4 player is stuck in a charging or processing mode. I turn it off, but it goes back to the same screen. I purchased it from a seller on ebay out of Hong Kong and there is no make or model that I can find. It looks like a Nano. Can anyone help?

I'd like an answer to this also - I am in the EXACT same boat. I left it on so it would run out, charged it up again and it didn't work.

i think your problem same as mine, but mine wont turn on because of its electricity problem just leave it for a while like a day and it should work fine it happened with my old one
