what is the part that the concrete block attaches itself to?

my Ariston AWD12S (or Margerita 2000?) is making a loud banging noise when on full cycle. I have removed the top cover and looked inside (Im a plumber by trade, so I thought I would have a go) and noticed that the metal bracket that secures the concrete support to the drum has been sheared. I have no problem replacing the part, I just need to know what it is and where I can get one from. Any help wil be greatly appreciated.

sam it sounds like a new drum to me the support is usually part of it
