Help please!!!! i dont have any hot water coming out the tap but my central heating works fine. theres a red light flashing next to a symbol which means "Flame failure or blocked condensate drain" i dont even know what a condensate drain is!!!! Please help as i know nothingt about this sort of thing!!!! and could you please speak in lamens terms!!! much appreciated.
