i get failed delivery emails to addreses i have not sent to ? also some of the addreses have part of my e mail addres on any ideas. is it poss for someone to be using my account

Ah the 'failed mail' scam. In an answer - you've not sent these emails. It's spam sent to make it look like you've tried to send emails. You're then meant to open them to have a look and see what they are and hey presto - you're caught. The only thing to do is just delete them, or if using outlook start adding them to junk email senders.
