We have had exactly the same problem and have tried everything to get it fixed but to no avail. I have been told that Whirlpool will come out to look/fix it but could cost with parts up to £200??!! It must be something simple - it happened all of a sudden so I think it could be a lever/switch/flap or possibly a laser red light that may have gone out or broken? I am desperate just to find out from anybody in the know who can give me a simple answer and not have to spend 200 quid. I'm sure you are in the same boat. Any assistance from anybody would be much appreciated. Did you get any answers from anybody anywhere Cara?? Really want it done for the Summer. Annoying isn't it?
