glowworm INSET BBU 50 back boiler?

I have a glowworm INSET BBU 50 back boiler. We have hot water but no heating, I've checked the pump that seems to be working today although intermittently. There seems to be a lot of air in the system, which I cannot bleed. Any ideas?

You Need to top up your system with water there may be a top up loop in the hot press or it is feed from a thank in the attic and the pipe from the tank is blocked
