all u have to do is fit 4 small screwdrivers or something similar into the 4 holes, 2 on each side and pull out using the screwdrivers. Make sure u are pushing on to the stereo when pulling out or else only the screwdrivers will be cumin out.

Im 99% sure the JVC will fit the car if you can wire it properly?
