i am getting a message saying system fault sky+ playback and recording unavailable what is problem? it is a pace box

hey, i was having this problem, turn the unit off at the wall. Remove your sky card from the box, (under a hidden pannel that folds downfrom the front). Press the red reset button. Turn on unit and wait until it asks you to insert the viewing card and press reset again for good measure. Seemed to work for me. Also cleaned the chip on the card and blew in the slot haha. Technical huh
