i have a RCA 46" PV46811LVYX1
here is what happened

my only question is what actualy needs to be soldered. i can work an iron well but theres that little tab in the middle that looks like it was attatched to something in the box.

if anyone actually has a actual DIY or steps to fix this it would be greatly appreciated

you'll probably need to replace the tuner.those things can be tricky to solve and there may be safety issues here too. see www.repairfaq.org (tv troubleshooting)
