i just bought my sansa and i dont know what happened after two days it just stop working... the player dont play anymore. You can still turn it on but it doest play any music... when you turn it on, its say sansa utilizing and thats it.. after that its just say sansa.. i press any keys on it.. but it just stay on the same screen. sansa

you have to hold the off button for like 30 sec and then when u can tell the screen is completly off then charge it and the reason wy this happened is because you need to charge it a whole 24 hours before use but i got excited about it to =)
