My TV picture doesn't fit my TV screen,?

There is a black space at the bottom of my TV screen which has 'pushed' the picture up meaning heads are cut off! THe TV is a 28" screen BEKO, I don't know what year it was made

get an *insulated* jewellers set of screwdrivers or beter still torx drivers. At the rear of the set after opening it up, you will find a set of small holes with presets which adjust picture geometry. One has probably got dirty connections; shifting them back and forth ever so slightly may clear it. No wild tweaking though! I'd suggest getting someone in fron of the set, switch it on with the aerial connected and then someone else does the adjusting.- left hand to be kept in pocket always when working on live TVs.

i think the central one is the pic height if its a 10.2 chassis. be very careful as you can mess things up worse - take it to a tech if unsure. A shot of contact cleaner (NOT wd40) may help the long term 'fix'.
