How can I fix my AWA MP3/MP4 U06-0151B / U06-151W?

Have been getting a disc error when going into music, movies,record and voice. It is my sons MP3 and he has only used it a few times. It is AWA MP3/MP4 Music Video Player with FM Radio. User guide does not explain how to fix problem.

do you no where i can fine AWA web site for the mp3/mp4. far out i have been looking for a long time now , plus have email AWA but with no reply, the female ear plug on player is stuff... and i've got the sh*t with i big time
