How can I fix my DVD/VCR combo region 1 to 4 is an Allegro ABV511?

I bought a DVD/VCR combo down there the states, but I do live in Mexico and there are some movie rental stores that only had their movies in 4 region, how can I fix it? Is an Allegro ABV511....Thanks in advance.
