hotpoint wm52 1000 spin-trapped item in drum?

there is a scraping noise when my washer drum turns also sounds like a boucy ball is moving around(only way i can descibe noise) and when on fast spin a loud banging noice starts do you think something is trapped in between drum if so how do i get to it????????

Hi it sounds like something has not been removed from somebodies pockets and it has got trapped between the metal drumand the outer plastic drum.
To remove the item or items you would have to remove the door seal and complete front panel with the door on. Then you would have to remove the clips on the front panel of the drum and remove the item. Then just simply put back together. Make sure you unplug the machine and switch off the water.
THIS NOT A 5 MINUTE SIMPLE TASK. DO NOT ATTEMPPED IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT, YOU MAY CAUSE MORE DAMAGE>
PS THIS POBLEM MIGHT ALSO BE A WORN OUT DRUM OR WORN OUT BEARINGS.
