the programme button just goes round continuously and the on off button just flashes when i turn it back on it does 1 flash then pauses then 1 flash then 4 quick flashes then stays on but programme button still goes round constantly but the drum doesnt move it sounds like the pump is trying to work or it is jst the drum wont move

looks like there might be something stuck in the filter, on the bottom of the machine you will see a kick plate which can be removed with a screwdriver, go on your knees and you will see where to poke the screwdriver to prise off the bottom, now pull out the machine away from the wall so you can tilt it back a bit so you can put a pan or something
under the plug that you have to turn anti-clockwise to open up as to collect the water that will come out.
