My frost free freezer has a build up of ice inside at the bottom near the corner and everytime i open the freezer door some water drips all over the floor. Can you tell what the problem is?

Check that the door is closing properly ie. there is no air getting into the freezer.
That the freezer is not overloaded, a frost free needs air circulation around the food, if food is too tightly packed it will cause this to happen
The defrost heaters are not working, if the ice is not defrosting and draining away it will overflow into the freezer.
