cpu upgrade problem changing bios setting?

i upgraded my amd sempron to amd athlon 2.2ghz barton on msi k6 mobo [2gb memory ddr400 nvidia 7800gs grafix]the setting for sempron was 1oofsb but needs to be 200 fsb for athlon when i change fsb to correct setting pc wont boot,have tried resetting cmos[removed battery]

ah thanx thrawn i only left it out for few mins will try half hour and see wot happens

maybe sucking eggs time but how long did you leave battery out for. normal time is half an hour either that or there should be a clear bios jumper on the board change the jumper then back again this should reset the bios properly
try FSB of 133 or 166
