pilot light?

I have a worcester 24i. its about 6years old. the presure went, so I opened up the 2 valves to get back up to 1 bar. still wouldnt start. have lost the instruction manual, so only 2 buttons i can find on the boiler to reignite flame are the 2 on the top. can you tell me if they are what i am looking for. also you cannot press these buttons down????? can someone please help as I am now a cold cold person

You can find a manual by Googling Worcester Bosch 24i - it comes as a PDF.

You are supposed to be able to light the pilot by turning the temp control knob to max. First check the pressure is OK and the power is switched on.

However if this does not work you may be locked out and need to press reset. This is where I am also stuck....one of the buttons on the top is supposed to be a reset button but as you say they do not depress....
