I took my memory stick out while it was saving and now the computer recognizes it but nothing happens. It either says the parameter is incorrect, insert disk into drive E:), or this device is not formatted, ask administrator for access, and do you want to format now, but it won't format. How can I et it to work without erasing my documents.

Have you tried a program called RescuePro? In my experience, if that doesn't work, nothing will. You could also try taking the memory stick back to where you bought it but don't confess to anything and they may help!
