I have a Philips 64pp9751. How hard is it to replace a CRT?

I hate to throw away my big screen but a CRT went out and I was told it would cost almost $1000 to repair. Any advice? Thanks

Assuming its a rear projection set, about 300 notes or more. if not rear projection you can't 'replace the tube'.
