Pack Bell Imedia 5069 not booting?

Got it yesterday, booted up fine. Today, nuffing, just keeps scrolling through floppy, cdrom, IDE-o all not found and cycling. Went into bios but cant seem to see whats up. Any ideas? What should the bios be?

Dont have discs so cant recover!
