how to replace the power flex on m,y creda wall fan heater?

I have a 2000w creda fan heater bathroom type i need to relocate it so ineed to open the casing to remove the old flexbut i cant undo the four spceial screws from the rear of the unit i would be grateful if someone could help me out the model number is 87015
