Hi, The RED light on my Amstrad sky digibox is NOt turning GREEN when I tried to turn it on by using the remote control,I also tried it manually and I also pulled the sockets out of the mains for a few minutes and then switch it on again but it didn't work. I'm very familiar with the product as I had it for a few years now and I tried everything that I could think of so any suggestions will be very much appreciated. Many thanks for your time.

Try unplugging it for longer then a few seconds, also try holding in the power on button for a while.
