mondeo central locking unlocks itself?

2.5 litre V6 mondeo. After locking the mondeo either with remote or by putting key in the door, as I walk away it unlocks itself.
Also, as I am driving along the locks sometimes constantly are clicking off and on.
Any ideas on this much appreciated. Thanks

check the wiring in the door shuts,espiecally the drivers one.they tend to break in there and thats what happens
