My heater fan,nissan micra,k12,(reg 03)?

My heater fan will not work on the first two settings but will on the third and forth. Could it be a possible riostat problem? Help me please! Thanx.

I have the same problem and micra.org.uk only show how to mend it on older models. Any Ideas
