JUST HAD A NEW CLUTCH AND FLYWEHEEL FITTED EVERYTHING WAS FINE FOR ONE DAY, THEN THE GEARS WERE REALLY TIGHT HAD TO FIGHT TO GET THEM INTO GEAR THE NEXT MORNING I CAN NOT SELECT ANY GEARS ATALL WHEN THE VEHICLE IS RUNNING, WHEN I TURN IT OFF I CAN SELECT THE GEARS BUT NOT WHEN IT IS RUNNING!

This has a hydraulic clutch so it doesn't need adjusting as Pete says.

Probably more likely that the slave cyclinder hasn't been put back in properly, take it back to who ever did the clutch for you.

clutch needs adjusting, probably due to cable /linkage not being tightened properly when you had new parts fitted
