Everytime I'm on the internet, my computer runs extremley slow. How do I uprade my computer?

There are several ways to improve performance.
Stop programs loading at startup that you dont need (use run, msconfig,startup, uncheck things you dont need)
Defragment your hard drive.
Check you have adequate RAM, you should consider 512Mb as a minimum.You can add extra ram pcb's at home they plug into the motherboard.
