Password reset?

My DVD player (GE model #1106P-C) does not let me play anything higher than PG. It asks me for my password, which I never created.

It's virtuall useless unless I can reset or eliminate the need for a password. GE's site is not helpful.

Press and hold the STOP button on the front panel. While
