2003 Nissn Murano Factory 6 CD Changer Doesn't recognize CD?

Regardless of the CD that I insert into the player, it says that it is a bad CD. How can I get this corrected? Is there any alignment adjustment?

the stock cd changre only recognised standard audio CD format.. u can burn the CD in standard audio CD format.. easy as that
