Have you checked if the fan filter is clean? Start from there.

probably damaged the lamp, lamp support or optics. make sure the air filter cover is fully attached, safety interlock may be relesed. or send to sony or other service shop. very pricey to fix! u want to sell? i can use the parts. h_apticz-reply@yahoo.com
