I recently dropped my Silver Bullet Lightening Plus Hair Straightener.
I was holding the cable so by the time the Straightener hit the floor the cable disconnected itself. I'm not having much luck putting it back together and need some help!!

I tried to open the straightener using the following instructions :
"OK first thing is to remove the 2 silber disks on the back end, these just pop off with a little leverage, undo the single phillips head screw. this detaches the two arms"
But how do you open the 2 Philipps head screws that are sort of connected back to back. You cannot simply open these screws with a screw driver. I tried but it keeps rotating , also when you hold the other end, it still doesn open at all.
any help??????

Great thing about this is that the cord is like an rca jack just plugs in but you will need to take the straightner apart to do so .

On the 1 arm that the cord plugs into there are 2 tine phillips screws in the end. undo both of these and you should be able to plug the power cord back into its receieer. then reverse the process to get back together..enjoy
