Hi i have a Matsui DTR3A Digital TV set top Box and can get most of the freeview channels but cant get itv i can get itv2+1 but not itv arrrrrrrrr.
I have tryed to manualy tune it and still cant find it.
Any idears please.
Cant belive i can even get a good picture on channel 5.
Any help would be much appriciated.

I have the Matsui DTR3A Digital TV set top Box.
The sound hitches, (has gaps in it), all of the time and eventually looses so many sound blocks that lip sync becomes further and further out.

Is this a known "FEATURE" of this make and type of Box, or does it indicate that the memory in my particular box is either inadequate or has partially failed?

Can this be fixed at home, by Dixons/Curry's, should the box be replaced, or should I ask for my money back I've had the box for two months.
