how can i unblock my wahing machine pump?

I have an indesit evolution wahing machine and it says the pump has a blockage (F-05). How do i unblock the pump or will it require a new one.
T€he machine is not spinning thouroughly and also not draining afterwards.

hi remove the bottom kick plate and unscrew the pump filter and give it a clean out
