The back of my tv hit the edge of the entertainment center when i pulled it out. It will turn on but no picture or sound the sreen has a dark blue luminacy projecting. Did the tube break? It is a phillips magnavox 1999 model number 25TR15 C122 Smart Series

If the tube broke you would likely have heard either a short loud hiss or a prolonged quiet hiss as the air filled the vacuum.
If you did, then yes the tube has gone.

Otherwise you may have dislodged the tube base pcb, a plug in pcb, or fractured a printed circuit board. Seems that there is still EHT although it may be reduced. Difficult to diagnose but the fact that there is also no sound may, in some ways, be a good sign. It's going to need an engineer.
