If the tube broke you would likely have heard either a short loud hiss or a prolonged quiet hiss as the air filled the vacuum.
If you did, then yes the tube has gone.
Otherwise you may have dislodged the tube base pcb, a plug in pcb, or fractured a printed circuit board. Seems that there is still EHT although it may be reduced. Difficult to diagnose but the fact that there is also no sound may, in some ways, be a good sign. It's going to need an engineer.
