have changed o ring & ceramic cartridge but tap still dripping it is a bath mixer tap fixed spout not swivel definatly cold one because doesnt drip if water supply turned off on cold pipe

the tap sounds like it needs reseating which there is a tool for that. if you take the cartridge back out and look in the bottom of the tap where the rubber seal would sit, it needs to be smooth, if its pitted the seal will not seal and pass water.
