cistern?

my after full flush the water is quickly filled back but there seems to more water continually running from the inside the bowl which doesn't stop. Is there any way to stop this flow of water please?

I go with hi-spec plumbing with the addition of adjust the float arm screw as its filling and see if it shuts off earlier and the water stops flowing. If the flow continues then Hi-spec is right its the valve sealing rubber, probably a small split, so don't wait until it gets bigger or your bowl will resemble Niagara falls.

its down to one of two things your dual flush rubber seal is letting by. or your internal overflow is running. try lifting your float valve a little to see if it is shutting off. the rubber may be worn causing it not to shut off there for filling and going out overflow into bowl. if its not going out overflow its poss your flush mech is not seating right and letting by.
