i've a ford ka collection (4 years old) and my central locking won't work (locks then unlocks itself). i've worked some wd40 into the locks tonight, but is there a temporary measure i can take to lock the car and/or is there any solution to fix the problem properly? thanks.
the doors on my ka wont lock ,the motor makes all the right noises but they just wont lock.
the problem seems to stem from the drivers door but affects both

your problem is water ingress into door looms .check "A" pillar connections 4 water. u will need 2 door looms 2 fix it
