Will the bra wire do anu harm to the machine?

The underwire from my bra has got stuck at the other side of the drum, despite attempts to get it out with wire, tweezer and trying to get it to go out the tube at the back it still remains there. Im not too keen to try taking it apart or to pay for someone to come and take a look at it. Will it do any harm just to leave it where it is? Its just sat in the bottom near the heating element and is not scraping against the drum.

I'm no expert, but I would imagine that the vibrations of the machine when in use could cause the wire to move onto the heater, near the drum, or on to some of the wiring inside the machine and, therefore, it's potentially unsafe to leave it there. (For example, you wouldn't want a live wire to connect to the case of the machine)
