Thin white/grey lines at top of my screen?

They are parallel and the bottom ones pulsate about one inch. The TV is a Panasonic 36" CRT (maybe 6 years old). Line are white/grey, but dark colors come through. Is this affordably fixable?

Slightly odd symptoms but sounds like a fault in the frame output circuit. Maybe due to dry joints or instability in the ht. power supply to the frame output. Leaky capacitor or diode probably, (ie. cheap parts).

Frame faults are usually not too expensive to fix. Worth asking for an estimate I would think.
