I have a Matsui PL617 Portable DVD/CD Player. When I put a CD in it works perfectly but when I put a DVD in it, it says WRONG DISC! Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
You could try cleaning the laser, but it sounds to me as if the laser will need to be replaced - unless you are trying to play an out-of-region DVD of course.
