my Bosch Classixx electronic has stopped draining. There is about an inch and a half of grey water left in the bottom. The motor was just whirring away and nothing was happening apart from it getting warmer

Wish I could help but I have exactly the same problem. It miraculously resolved itself once after "resetting" as described in the manual. But it has just happened again and after managing to drain, the lights come on when you start a new programme but it just makes a whirring sound and no water is taken in.
