Recording free channels?

I have a Sagem Set Top box but can only record channels 1-5. Any advice on how to record the other channels would be appreciated. I am not technical.

You need to connect the set top box (STB) to the recorder with a SCART cable. Set the programme timer on the STB to the programme that you wish to record. Finally set the timer on your recorder BUT select AV as the input NOT one of the channel numbers.
