How can i reformat my 512MB Siren with a Mac?

I have the OSX on it and I have downloaded the firmware and all but I'm not sure how to reformat. This is the one you can buy at Wal-Mart that came with the free 10 free download card.

Disk Utility (Applications > Utilities) and choose Erase. The default format is Mac OS Extended (Journaled).

If this is your startup disk, you'll need to boot from the OS X CD and run Disk Utility from that.
