Fault on 2 ltr 1996 vectra?

Hi I have a fault that three garages cannot solve.It mis fires
at about 65 70 mph and you cannot drive through it.So far I have tried new plugs and leads two sets,fitted new air senser.
Can any one help. Thanks Gary.
